Together with her husband, she is the co-founder of DM Business Advisors, a consultancy that works with businesses on business operations, digital marketing, financial growth strategies, and referral marketing.
Debbie also works as the Business Development Officer and shareholder owner of a Phoenix AZ supplements manufacturer.
Debbie has been an entrepreneur for almost 20 years. She originally owned and operated a successful retail store in Old Town Scottsdale, while her husband ran a digital marketing business. After closing the furniture home and gift business as a result of the 2008 recession, she became very passionate in helping connect businesses in ways to reduce costs and find capital.
In 2017, Debbie got involved with a wealth management company that specialized in tax strategies. She learned about how small and medium-sized businesses could take advantage of the strategies usually utilized by Fortune 500 companies and other 1% income earners.
When the pandemic hit, Debbie was in business development for a colleague with a specialty tax rebate and incentive agency. He was starting to help people through some of the COVID assistance programs, and Debbie became involved. One thing led to another, and by 2023, Debbie had helped connect over 400 businesses to claim over $40 million in ERTC tax credits through the CARES Act. She had this success by creating her own referral program, working with over 100 partners to successfully connect to the tax experts.
In Spring 2024, the book “Art of Connection Volume 4- 365 Days of Gratitude Quotes
by Entrepreneurs, Business Owners, and Influencers” by Robert Jones and Dawna Campbell is being published. Debbie is a contributing author along with hundreds of other leaders in business and communities.
Debbie is available for speaking engagements in the US in 2024. Debbie has spoken at entrepreneur conferences, women’s professional organizations, civic groups and client meetings.
